  1. To be able to use the Computation and Construction Lab, you must either pay for the hourly rate or be in a course with a Computation and Construction Lab Fee or Fee-for-Use http://ccl.design.iastate.edu/access/
  2. Doing otherwise will be considered a violation of the Iowa State University Code of Student Conduct and will result in appropriate disciplinary action, which may include a failing grade in your CCL course.
  3. The course is composed of six required modules and six optional modules. Completion of the CCL Training lasts the academic year (Fall semester-Summer semester). Therefore, it must be completed annually to maintain access to the equipment.
  4. The pre-requisites for ALL modules are the Required Environmental Health and Safety Training Certifications. This is an ISU requirement and must be completed prior to any other quizzes.
  5. To take each quiz click on the Modules link at left. There you can navigate through the course. Each module is composed of a workflow, any videos or support provided by the company who makes the machine, and a quiz.
  6.  In order to pass each module, you must take the quiz until you get 100%.
  7. After passing all the required quizzes (Modules 1-6), you can be added to R&R Booking. Please allow 1-2 business days for our server to update. There you will be able to schedule times to use the machines.
  8. The remaining modules are optional; however, you must complete them in order to be granted access to register to use those machines.

Additional materials, helpful links, and scheduling information can be found in the Files and/or Pages.
