Making 101

Welcome to the Student Innovation Center Making 101 Canvas page!

Thank you for signing up for one of our Making 101 Workshops and/or Demo opportunities.

Be prepared to get involved, participants must complete the Shop Safety Fundamentals training to participate in a Student Innovation Center Making 101 or Demo in Makerspaces 1211 and 2222. It takes around 20 minutes and includes videos; there is a short quiz at the end and you must pass with an 80% or higher. If you missed the 80% there is no penalty to take the quiz again.

Failure to pass this training means you can only view the Making 101 activities, unable to be interactive and hands-on. Our priority in the Student Innovation Center Workshops is Safety!
